      I would like to take a moment to personally thank Mrs. Patty Perez for the excellent work she was able to do for me at the Irving office. It was through her efforts that the insurance problems I had been dealing with for several weeks were finally resolved. What I had been unable to do, she successfully completed in a matter of minutes. For this I am grateful. Thank you Patty.
