I have been planning to remodel my home for a while now, browsing around and shopping prices. I had no idea what I wanted to do I just knew that what I had wasn't anywhere near this century. I called Lawrence Tile and Marble and the next day I had someone at my home discussing with me what I wanted and how the process worked. A few days later I had an estimate laying out exactly what we had discussed with a price I saw as very reasonable for the amount of work I wanted done. I was invited into their showroom and given all the attention I needed and the sales person I worked with even came to my home and helped me choose the appropriate colors and patterns that would look the best, this was awesome because I am such a visual person it really helped me see exactly what my outcome would be like. All this service was NO extra charge! free estimate and free design consultation! AWESOME. Two weeks later I had everything I ever wanted plus some!

I have had two separate projects at my home and really who could ask for more then what they offered each time was exceptional. The first was just an upgrade the second whas more like an "uh oh" I knew they were great the first time and really enjoyed everything they did in my bathrooms but the second time was the ultimate it was something that had to be replaced due to water damage immediately. They worked with me on trying to get the task of tearing out my whole floor area in my kitchen laundry hallway dinging room breakfast area the works done in a less than expected amount of time and by the end of the week...I had a whole new floor from start to finish it was amazing. They were always really nice from the first time I called to follow up after completion, the installers the estimator, the owner, the design team EVERYONE treated me like a friend. I will never go to another company for anything and I call them and ask who they recommend for other projects in my home too. I trust this business, they are highly rated on the better business bureau website and they have been around for a long time. What more could you ask for?

As a mom to three I have a really busy schedule, the man that came out and did my estimate was very understanding and workeed with my schedule by coming out after business hours to look at what I needed done. They worked with me by bringing samples to my home and making sure I knew exactly what the schedule would be the week of installation. I am so pleased with my new kitchen floors, bathroom sinks, and shower enclosure! I would use them again...hmmm maybe granite next! They were completely friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all made me feel like I was the number one customer on their list! I definitely recommend!
