I ask that 12 yd of fabric (there was only 14 left) be held in the store in Falmouth. The saleperson took my name and number and put it aside for me. I came back less than 24 hours and found that they sold 5-6 yards to someone else!. I asked why they did not call me, reminded them they where holding it for me and knew how many yards I needed. I was told it was someone who looked at it in June or July and saved up enough money to buy it. They did have the courtsey to call the Arlington store but the store did not have any. So, after my looking at fabric for 6 months, it was sold out from underneath me and the person who did it did not even care. It gives a new meaning to poor service. Today, I will call Arlington myself and see if they will identify the manufacture or order more. I will let people know what happens.
