Came here for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Unfortunately my back, shoulders and arms are now even more embarrassing than before. Instead of just a lot of body hair, I now have hair growing in stripes down my back, along my shoulders and upper arms. I look like a zebra. There was a different attendant each time, and each one blamed the prior attendant, but the reality is they just didn't do a thorough job. Some attendants didn't even know what package I had purchased - I had to tell them after I could tell they had completely skipped certain areas. After all of my sessions ended, I waited to see how the hair grew in. When it became clear that the hair was growing back in striped patterns, I emailed and left a voice message to see if they would fix the problem, but I didn't even get the courtesy of a response. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but the truth needs to be known. I saw in a prior review that wait time was significant, even though an appointment had been scheduled. That was my experience, as well. I was consistently taken 15 to 30 minutes late.I also have to say that laser hair removal was not painless. In fact, it was probably the most painful thing I have ever experienced - it felt like a scalpel cutting into me without anesthesia. To make it worse, during one session the attendant told me she reduced the power, but then at the end told me that she really didn't. I was hoping that they would fix the problem they caused, but they did not. Now I will have to look elsewhere. I would not repeat here.
