Worst service I've ever received. Driver and agent of the company used various expletives and curse words, raised his voice, hung up on a phone call, misinformed us of the service charge, and when trying to resolve the issue informed us to "never call us again." My family was scared of potential assault and would NEVER use this company again. Users beware.
