Things I've really liked about Way To Go was they are very easy to work with. I didn't feel pressurized at any point from beginning to the end and I think it was the best party bus rental I have ever had in a long time. I came across this company while driving down on Dundee Road in Palatine. Amazing fleet. They also have a real nice Pink Hummer. I think I am going to do the Pink Hummer rental for my daughter. She will be real amazed.

Great customer service people. The driver Todd showed up about 20 minutes before the pick up time he kept himself real professional and relaxed. Driving skills were excellent. We rented 40 passengers party bus or what they call it a limo bus, it was just Amazing.

I tried WTG after seeing the good reviews on google+ & Yelp. I am happy to say that our experience with them was great! Easiest way to review my trip, everything went smoothly, exactly as planned. From the online quote and reservation to the pickup, drop off and payment it was hassle-free and convenient. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable.

I wish there were more WTG limo in the places I visit often, it would sure make my travels easier. Great service, friendly attitude and reasonable rates. I will definitely be using them again! Highly Recommended.

Being a mother, worried about sending kids out with no supervision. We hired Way To Go Limousine service for my daughter's Quinceanera Event. I must say that I am very pleased with the services provided. I was very relief from the time we made a reservation till the end. Ellen was great over the phone and made us felt us very comfortable. I heard from a friend of mine that Way To go LImousine is the best limo company in town. I decided to call them for ladies night out in a limo to chicago. The person answer the phone was very plaster she explained everything in detail I thought I asked too many questions but she was very patient and polite I was very pleased with customer service she made me feel very comfortable and she gave us a very good price I felt very confident about getting a great limo service and it I was right the driver was very good looking and well dressed we actually gave him a lil hard time ;) we had such a great time their escalade limo is outstanding. Really clean and cozy we had more fun in limo as compared to the night club stereo system was just as good as was in the club it was simply the best time ever. We actually booked them for a wedding next year for a friend of mine. Way To Go is the limo service to go with we love you WTG and of course the driver ;)

Way To Go Limousine is really the WAY TO GO. We had an amazing time. I was looking for a limo for my friend’s wedding and the gentleman put together a custom package for me. He gave us a great discount, $50 off the $400 limo package, $25 off for being a first time caller and 10% off for being a AAA member, and they even extended our ride for 30 minutes with no extra charge. We got the Hummer and all 20 of us had no problem with space which was great considering we are bigger people. They arrived on time and had the limo decorated for the wedding. They really went out of their way to make this wedding day memorable. I really recommend Way To Go to everyone.

Had a bad experience in the past renting a limousine. Now that I am getting married I cannot take any chances. So, I spoke with few friends of mine if they could refer a limo service to me. My best friend just recently rented an SUV stretch limo from Way To Go Limousine for her bachelorette party and she has recommended me to use them. Great choice Michelle.

What I really liked about them was their commitment to deliver what they had promised to offer at the time of reservation. They did above and beyond. On time arrival, Red carpet set up, very classy decoration of limo, well dressed chauffeur with a bright smile throughout the time. I felt everything was so genuine. Everything was delivered as promised. As a matter of fact couple of my friends booked them for new year night and birthday party.

Take advantage for their referral program and also the first time caller discounts. I think this is the only company that offers a 10% OFF for being a AAA member. Faz, had put together several discounts that we were not even aware of we ended up using those discounts towards upgrading our Expedition limo to a HUMMER Stretch Limousine.

They are really flexible and willing to work with you. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent Service!!!! I was looking for limousine service for my daughter's birthday. Also, I wanted to surprise my wife. So, I started making some calls and requested some price quotes. I happened to come across with Way to go limousine, Inc. I called them. The gentleman over the phone was very knowledgeable, subtle and understanding. He did not jump to the pricing, instead he took his time to explain limousine packages according to what I was looking for. I did not feel any pressure. He gave us a very good price instead he gave us $25 OFF being first time caller.

I was very happy with their service. The chauffeur arrived 15 mins before the pick up time, very well dressed. Limousine was very clean and had a fantastic stereo system . They put a lot of balloons with Happy Birthday Signs and my daughter loved it. They even had a Happy Birthday Sign on the passenger doors, looked great. took alot of pictures.

Very accommodating. On our way back my daughter wanted to go McDonald's. The driver made an additional stop free of charge and as a matter of fact we were late 25 mins from our pick up from chicago but they didnot charge any extra money. Normally other limousine companies will harass you for additional money and you will see extra charge on your credit card the next day. They even gave us a $25 OFF coupon for our next ride.

Guess what? I have another reservation with them for New Year night.

I highly disagree with nicole. Best sparkling SUV Hummer Limo, great rates, excellent service, ontime, smooth ride, well dressed chauffeur. They have provided comimentary 2 bottles of Champagne, Red Carpet service, outstanding outside decoration. They have actually used single stem roses all around limo I think they really went out of the way with decoration. Just Married signs on both sides of limo Ice water pop and alot of soft beverages. I will give them 5 Stars. One extra star for the chauffeur ;)

Hot and Sweaty with no hope



My Experience with Way to Go Limos was miserable to say the least. I called them the Sunday after our experience to talk to the manager and received an earful before I was hung up on.



Needless to say the following were why I would rate this the WOREST Limo experience of my life

-Our pick up limo was a Stretch Hummer which was great! However they changed limo’s on us and the limo they picked us up in to head home was a compact stand limo that was “tired” to say the least.

-Limo Company were Late picking us up

-Limo Company took extreme detour home to “avoid traffic” even though there was not any Traffic, Road Closure or reasons to take detour at midnight. The Detour as the limo company called it add an extra hour to our drive home so what should have taken 30-45 minutes took an Hour and half

-The extra hour may not have been so miserable if the air had been working. With 8 females sitting closely together on a warm Chicago summer night it was a toasty ride. You might be wondering why we didn’t role the windows down, oh because they were broken.



So to sum it up when I call to complain and ask for them to refund at least half the cost they refused and said they had already given us a huge discount since this was a Livingsocial Deal and that they would not discount anything further.



So buyer beware, you get what you pay for with this company.
