Thank you for your comments. I am the manager of Waterford Place. If I may I would like to address your concerns. At this time we have no pet fees for pick up, we only write violation letters. Our management company Greystar has never charged a pet fee for lack of pick up , but might be a good idea as a deterrent to consider in the future. We do provide pet bags and refill them weekly. If one is empty , please notify our office and we will be happy to refill the station. I do agree the sound between walls could be improved and we are looking into ways to add additional insulation. As for your lease term it is part of our lease signing process to go over with all terms of our lease in person. Lease rents are tied into the term of lease. Read carefully before signing We got tricked into signing a 13 months lease even though we were told that this is a 1 year lease. When we gave them our move out noticed, they were like "oh your least don't end til February' and we where like "what???" We told them we agreed to one year lease, not 13 months lease and they told us "well, you signed it" Also, the wall is paper thin. You can hear the guy next door snoring, talking, singing, you name it. The door bell have no label so people randomly ringing your bell. Lastly, they sent us a note to fine $50 because the neighbor reported us for not cleaning up after our dog. Mind you, that we didn't have any bag on us so we have to walk to the doggie bag station to pick up a bag and come back to pick it up. We explained to the landlord and they were just plain ignorant.
