I called Tempco (Chris) on 9-10-13 for AC service and both Tempco and he failed to deliver even low level customer service. THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP AND COST ME A VALUABLE HALF DAY WAITING FOR THEM!



I live in Oswego, IL and scheduled a $119 AC Clean and Check for Thursday 9-12-13 between 1PM and 3PM.



They did not show up and called Chris for an explanation and he said the appointment was for FRIDAY THE 13th! I said no it wasn't and then he said they had a really big job going on and could not make it all on Thursday.



So, my advise to others skip Tempco!!!!

My furnace went out when it was one of the coldest days. My husband was out of town and I had my two little ones to keep warm. So I went online and found Tempco and gave them a call. Not only were they very helpful and willing to send out a technician, they didn't take advantage of me being a woman who didn't know the first thing about her furnace. I would definately recommend them for anyone who needs service on their furnace/air conditioner.

Called in to get a quote for a new furnace and they had their estimator out there by the end of the day. He explained to me all the different manufactures that they deal with and the different models that he would recommend. He informed me about the tax credits and what each series of furnace could do to narrow down my selection. There was no “pressure sale” like other companies that I have delt with in the past. Great company to deal with and ended up getting a new furnace with them. They also helped me out with some duct work issues that we had with air balance issues through the house
