Will Never Go Back

Dr. Regan seemed less than interested in my problem. He ordered tests to diagnose the pain I was in and when the test results came back he was hard to get a hold of. When I did finally hear from him, he simply read off the MRI results word for word (I had a copy) without any explanation or course of action or recommendations. I had to ask many questions to find out what my options were. Office staff was pleasant the first time I went in, but second time I stood there waiting for 3 staffers to stop chatting and acknowledge my presence--they never did, I walked back to the MRI room myself because I knew where it was. I will not go back to Dr. Regan and would recommend that if you want a caring and invested doctor you should look elsewhere.
