My sectional sofa was facing the wrong direction when it was delivered 12 weeks after I ordered it. People in the store do not answer the phone OR return messages. My sales person Bill Higgins was very rude and told me to deal with customer service. Elaine in customer service only answers calls and messages sporadically so it takes forever. It took another 6 weeks to get the right sofa delivered. Now after waiting 4 months for my sofa , I asked for a discount because of my inconvenience. I was offered $50. Does any of this sound like good customer service? DONT SHOP HERE

01/11/2012 I purchased new family Room Set in the Fall and I am very pleased with the sales person and also the delivery people and my new furniture. I bought a new sofa and loveseat. They told me 6-8 weeks and it was in my house in 5 weeks This is not something that I buy very often and I'm so glad I went to Crest Furniture. Customer Service A+

I will only shop at small family owned businesses after shopping here. Everyone was super friendly and they truly care about their clients. They bent over backwards to make sure I had my furniture by the time my family came in from out of town. Never have I had such a great furniture shopping experience. This store is a treasure!
