FORGET IT. Find someone else. I called Arlington Painting for an estimate on having a commercial building painted, Rick said he would look at it and called me back the next morning. His price was very high compared with 4 other estimates I received from others. The highest price I received from others was $2025.00 his was $6050.00, I did not let on about his price being high as I was not the one who would make the decision on who would be doing the work. I asked him if he could send me something with the price and his contact info, which he responded that would cost $45.00 that his time was not free and asked me if I understood that but before I could respond he said “you know what, you could tell your boss to take his awnings and shove it up his a— “and hung up on me. I guess he doesn’t need the work. I was more than kind to this person and did not deserve this treatment.
