They do activities/games, have Martial Arts class every day, all in a fun, safe environment. We have traditional classes for children and adults. Our Adult classes are about getting fit and healthy and training hard. Our goal for children and adults are to live with Martial Arts values; Perseverance, Integrity, Self-Control, Positive Spirit, and respect.
