Reviews
I have used RSA Computer for almost a decade. They have helped me with, and saved me from, some major disasters with my laptops. They have been nothing but professional and courteous and have a high level of expertise across the board. I have also seen their business grow consistently over this time period, so clearly I'm not the only one who finds them to be a superior computer tech company.
I've been using RSA Computer since 1992, both for repairs and new equipment. Their service is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant.
I brought in my 10 yr dell to them and they got it fixed in 2 days. the people were nice and knew their customers very well. Good luck with the new store guys!
When shopping around I started at Best Buy and thought I was getting top notch service, I was greatly mistaken. I was charged an arm and a leg for a tech to lose all my data and in his words "wipe the machine". I was livid and called other local shops who told me they could not help me. I ended up going to a favorite bakery of mine and saw RSA computer. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face and when I explained my issue they didn't look at me as if I were speaking another language. They charged me a flat fee and while they could not promise that they would get the old data I knew I came to the right place. A few days later and I get a call saying they were successful. If your looking for a shop that you can trust then why not try them out. They were worth the price and I know where to go next time.
