This company do not honor the price they quote. They are a bunch of cheaters. I do not recommend using their service.
A 15 minute service call at 7:00 PM came with a $142 parts charge for a $10-15 capacitor. Terrible to inflate prices to such a ridiculous degree, and basically lie about the cost of a part. I'd hate to see what they'd charge for an evaporator coil or fan motor.
Swink Heat and Air was very prompt and fixed our problem the first time. We were very pleased with their work.
