I purchased my entire network from Dell end enrolled in the Premium Support. It took from August to December to get my server installed. When I called Scott he told me they had oversokd me and eventually when the Dell installer he confirmed that I didn't need one component that I had purchased and so he didn't install it. Since it was past 90 days since the purchase, even though it had taken them so long to install my server I had to wait while my claim was investigated to find out if they would give me credit on the component they sod me that I didn't need. Scott with EDX is honest and competent. I highly recommend him.
I am a disabled Veteran and my computer went down. It is my source of communication, banking and entertainment. They came to my house and had me up and running in no time. Excellent service and honest diagnosis. Would definitely recommend.
I originally took my computer to a local chain store. There I was told by the manager that the only people in town who could fix my computer were Mike and Blaine from EDX. I took my computer over, hoping for the best and was extremely pleased. Not only was my computer fixed by the next day, Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the issues to prevent any further issues. and all this for $45! If you need any service on any of your computers and want it done right, I would take them to EDX and ask for Mike!
when they say, "we're not that busy",, either they don't really know or they haven't been paying attention. there was one or two employee's that instilled some confidence in doing business with them. but there was one employee that appeared to be the third wheel. he did not speak with confidence or a real understanding what i was wanting done with my Dell desktop tower. some young guy that i've only seen once there in the multiple visits hit the nail right on the head when i spoke with him about what i'd like to have done. to keep from further ranting, i'll just say this: if you have plenty of time ie: weeks, then by all means bring your business here. if you dont mind not getting a callback when they said they would call you back, then this is the place to go. but if you are allergic to cats,, then keep your distance,, theres one very content kitty in the customer service area. a nice cat,, btw. wait, doe's having a free roaming cat mark a reliable and professional business? i don't think so either.
