To be honest this place is horrible at everything they do. Customer service is horrible, the managers and supervisors are rude and inconsiderate, they never have any of the products I want. They are too pushy on those stupid black tie protection deals which are a waste of time. I bought one of those plans on my tv and computer, lets just say it too 3 months to fix my computer and when I got it back it broke within 3 days, and my tv broke and they wanted me to bring it back to their store and have them send it out for repairs!!! Are you kidding me??? Its a 55'' tv! Seriously if you have to spend your money at best buy do it at the Tunnel road store!
