The problem we experienced with transaction # 9053624 was the car wash did not work after paying the $9 at the pump when we filled up. When this was explained to the attendant he advised (after the third go round) that a credit card was used and nothing could be done. After much further discussion he relented provided a $7 code to obtain a car wash which, again, did not work. Having wasted enough travel time on this we went next door for the wash. We would protest the entire credit card charge if fuel was also not included. Terrible service, poor communication.
