Dr Vaidy Nathan is a good doctor but his office manager controls the staff with an iron fist. Also they are under Millenium Group which prevents dr Nathan from refilling meds until you are completely out and no 90 day meds or multiple refills. The office manager refused to give me a refill until the last day printed on the bottle.
