Being in operation since 1959, KGS Electronics designs and manufactures alternate current and direct current solid-state power conversion products. Based in Arcadia, Calif., it offers a full line of airborne 400hertz and 50/60hertz static inverters, voltage/frequency converters, direct current to direct current power converters, light dimming power supplies and alternate current and direct current power supplies designed for a variety of aerospace and military applications, such as cockpit, cabin, galley, navigation, radar, special mission, medical and lavatory. Additionally, the firm provides advanced airborne certified alternate current and direct current power conversion products to both civil and military aviation customers across the world.
