I wrecked my SUV a few months ago and was devestated. The team at C&L took care of me from the very beginning. There was an added convenience of the Enterprise rental office right next door, The repairs took longer than hoped and every time I would start to worry or get anxious, they would call and reassure me that everything would be fine. I had to give my rental back after 30 days and they gave me a loaner until my car was ready. I had minor do overs on a couple of the repairs, a paint drip and a window tint problem, they were happy to fix them right away and again reassured me that i had nothing to worry about. They were so good to me, that once my car was done, I actually ended up buying a Prius from them, and couldn't be happier. Thanks Maurice and Sergio and the whole C&L team!

I moved to Los Angeles from a small town in Iowa two years ago. Since then I have had my car broken into twice and both time I have taken my car to C&L. It was highly recommended to me and the recommendation was well deserved. They quoted me a fair price and the work they did was great! They also took the time to clean up the car afterward. Would recommend this auto body shop to anyone! I drove from West LA to Arcadia, because the service is worth it and in a place like LA, that is something that is hard to find!

This place was great. Thank god my friend recommended me to them.they helped me with the insurance company and made me feel like part of the family.The insurance company wanted me to go to there shop and at first I was going to.But then I started to think why am I going to where the person or company that is going to be paying for my repairs wants me to go? it made me think of the time I got in an accident in high school and the guy that hit me sent me to his Uncles body shop.It wasn't a good experience. So when my insurance agent said hey I have a place that you can go. All I heard was "hey go to my uncles place he takes care of me". So anyways went to C&L and they took care of my needs and stood up to the insurance company when they wanted to use parts that I didn't want on my car. My car looks great and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

They also gave me a free estimate, and a free loan car to use while my car was being fixed. They exceeded my expectations by doing an amazing job on the repairs, and fixing my car quickly.
