This is the first time I used Best Carpet Care and I am very pleased with my experience. I had some very tough spots in my couch and I wasn't sure if they could ever be removed. The crew showed up on time and they were so professional and got right to the job. After the initial general cleaning they did the spot removal. Wow it was like magic, the spots were gone in no time and the fabric dried out as well. Fantastic to have a clean sofa again!

My mom-in-law gave me the area rugs she must have had for years. I did not check the value of the rugs but I could tell they must be worth quite a bit. Since I got them I haven't had them professionally cleaned. I booked an appointment with Best Carpet Care. Everything went pretty smooth! The rugs just felt great in my hands!
