Arcadia MRI & Imaging Center offers the poorest services. Customer service personals, X-ray and MRI technicians treat patient in careless horrible ways as well as hours long waiting even though you made appointment. So avoid at all cost to this place. In my case, I had walked in for the x-ray on Nov. 16th and was told that x-ray machine was down for the day and asked me to call back on the 19th . Called back in on 19th but the machine was still inoperable. Then I left my contact number to call when the machine is available. No one ever return my call as the week entered the Thanksgiving Holidays. The following week I called in to inquire about the machine and patients walk-in is o.k. and was told that walk-ins are welcome. Then later I called in again for the office hours, a guy answered told me that I have schedule appointment. It looks like I wasted almost 2 weeks and have to re-schedule again to get my x-ray taken. can you imagine how pissed off i'm at their stupid procedure.
