Arcadia Fire Department is administered by the city of Arcadia, Calif., provides fire protection and rescue services. The fire department delivers necessary services to minimize the loss of life and property threatened by the hazards of fire. The department helps in hazardous incidents and disaster situations in the community by providing medical and rescue emergency services. It offers ongoing training and community educational programs. The department has fire pumpers, 100-foot aerial ladder, rescue ambulances, utility trucks, staff cars, mobile air compressor and command vehicles. It has been providing fire prevention information and tips for safety to home and community members since 1923. The department employs more than 50 fire personnel.
