Do not go here for car repairs. Husband went in and ask about a muffler and was told he needed a new tailpipe and muffler. He asked for a price. He was told (after quite a wait for Keith to come out of office, where he was figuring the price) that the complete cost would be $375. Husband told him okay and took truck in the next morning. After waiting for hours the job was done and he was handed a bill for $444.72! When he told the receptionist that he was told the price was $375, she just said, that's what he told me the fee was to put on bill! Bait and Switch outfit. Will not go back and would not recommend.

This afternoon I had to call Keith's Car Care to confirm my U-Hal reservation for my move. I was firmly greeting by a hostile and highly aggravated Keith. When I inquired as to my reservation I was placed on a brief hold.



This hold was the most pleasant part of the call.



Keith returned to the phone and unleashed a fire storm upon me as he proceeded to tell me that my reservation was no longer as promised by U-Hal corporate. He spoke to me as if I were stupid as he explained to me that one of his customers received precedence over my reservation placed through U-Hal corporate.



If Keith is this hostile in regard to a simple U-Hal reservation, I can only imagine his irate hostility toward his automotive customers.

I have known Keith's Car Care Center for more than five years now. I get the best Car Care service ever. Living in Corpus Christi, TX, I had been to other auto repair businesses, but none can match with Keith's. I drive all the way to Aransas Pass to do the maintenance work for my car to date.

On my recommendation some of my friends too have become regular customers at Keith's Car Care Center. Thanks to Keith's !!!

Will not return and i urge others to use caution. I took me vehical in because engine had trouble cranking over. I had already replaced the battery and starter the day before so i just wanted it troubled shooted. They told me they would look at in the after noon which was on a friday on Tuesday they finally looked at it and told me that I had got a bad starter and it would be $15 looking at it. I gave them the reciept from O reilly auto parts and ask them to swap it out so I wouldnt have to get bit by the fire ants again swapping it out and i would be looking at 30 min labor. On friday 1 week later i went over to keiths car care and was handed a Bill for $200 They told me they swapped starters and it was still hard to crank over and then they found a bad cap and rotor so they went ahead and replaced it. I was very upset over this matter they charge $65 for cap and rotor which cost $40 at the auto parts store and a outrages amount to install it. Which would have took me the avg Joe 10 min to put on. So long story short they charge me a for misdiagnasement then did a unauthorized repair good thing it wasnt a bad engine. When I brought this up to thier attention they responded well we could have charge you more for cleaning the terminals and stuff. I reply you fraud i just cleaned them when i put the starter in a week ago. I have never had a bad experience with a mechanic shop till this one. I am very disappointed
