I had read a bad review about this place on another site so I was going to go somewhere else, but just by pure chance I was at the store right next door to him and an older lady came in who had dropped her shoes there so I asked her about it and she said it was great and the owner of the store I was at also gave a good endorsement so I figured I'd give it a shot; the guy there was friendly - though not very talkative - he told me to come back day after tomorrow and quoted me $13 to replace a couple heels, I returned on the morning of the designated day, the shoes were ready, he did a fine job with them and charged me exactly what he had quoted me. I couldn't be happier.
