      I just brought my Kenmore sewing machine in, as it was jamming and generally not running well. I had called other sewing repair shops who said the wait time on sewing machine repairs was about 2-3 weeks out. I have a Halloween costume to make and don't have that kind of time! I work nearby Wettengel's, so I decided to stop in. David at Wettengel's gave some of the best customer service I have ever received. He made me feel welcome and ensured me that my machine was in good hands. He asked how soon I needed it and I told him as soon as he was able, thinking it would be a week or two. I got a phone call a day and a half later telling me it was fixed! He did a full tune-up, changed out the needle, tested stiches, cleaned it out and fixed the issues it was having. On top of all of that, it was affordable. I will not go anywhere else if I have sewing machine or vacuum problems. This place is local business at its absolute best.

      The gentleman that helped me was very nice and courteous. Took his time explaining to me what was repaired and how to keep it from happening again.

      Would highly recommend this business!
