This is not the first time for me and my girlfriend. We got there around 3:45. It all started as soon as we sat down. She picked up her napkin off the plate and the plate was dirty. It had a stain the size of a half dollar. How could any one not see a brown stain on a white plate. I picked up my plate to put a piece of bread on it and when I did I felt some thing under neath it. There was one large piece of food the size of the top of a pop can. When she picked up the bowl of shredded cheese the top looked like it has not been washed in a year. When they came with our appitizer, not even 3 minutes they came with our soup. We only had time enough to eat about a quater of our soup the salad came. I only had time for 4 bites of my salad the main course came. They can't get it right when to bring your food. When we asked if they would knock off a little bit off the bill. The manger said No because they fixed the problem. The waiters and manger need to learn how to work for there customers

Used to be great, but over the past few years it has consistently gone downhill... Sad because I use to love this place. It has made me sick the past couple of times ive been there. So i am done with it. I do have to say service is good and atmosphere for the most part as well.

Varied menu, will please just about everyone. Good food for the price, huge portions, and friendly waitstaff. We had an experience where one of my friends didn't like her dish so they took it away and didn't charge for it, that was very customer-service friendly of them. We go here somewhat often.

Twelve years in Appleton and one of the things that remain constant is Victoia's. The food is consistantly good, the service is consistantly good and most of all the prices are good. What more can you ask for? And the lunch portions are generous, plus they deliver. Great place.

Best Italian Restaurant in the area. Huge portions for the price. Exceptional selection of ice cream drinks.

Great food for the price.

A little pricey, but for the money the pasta here is incredible. Spaghetti, alfredo, pretty much anything you'd want in pasta this place has it. I highly recommend.

If you want a place that serves mediocre food and has horrible management, then this is the place for you. The wait staff is friendly and certainly willing to go the extra mile for the customer, but hopefully you dont have to deal with the GM. His inadequacies are numerous and he should not be in the restaurant business. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING!
