No one listened to what I said. The tech made decisions without talking to me. The cameras did not work. Three doors did not have sensors. No windows had sensors. The camera for the front door showed my driveway but NOT who was at the door. The back camera looked through a screened window so was useless. I discussed this with NINE people after I cancelled and, the ninth person could not get to the records so could not tell me when the UNINSTALLER would arrive. I screamed and hung up. Is this what one should expect? I guess I am glad that the corporation is rich because no operation could be that screwed up and stay in business.
