In 1978, Dr. Avner Haya, F.S.A., E.A., founded Actuarial Consulting Services to support his vision of creating a responsive retirement plan service firm. Actuarial Consulting Services provides small to medium size business owners, and their financial advisors, with professional retirement plan services custom tailored to the needs of each specific client. For over 25 years, Actuarial Consulting Services has had the privilege to serving the needs of clients throughout the nation. Many of our clients were referred to us by larger respected financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Prudential, Morgan Stanley, UBS PaineWebber, Janney Montgomery Scott and Oppenheimer. We have a dedicated team of pension professionals including an attorney and an actuary on staff to handle any of your retirement plan inquiries.
