At FUSION Martial Arts, we primarily train in the South Korean fighting art of TaeKwonDo. Literally translated, TaeKwonDo means "The Way of the Foot and Fist" and is set apart from similar arts by its expert utilization of jumping and spinning kicks. The name "Fusion" wasn't chosen incidentally either... The groundwork of TKD itself is derived from an eclectic mix of ancient Korean martial arts, dating as far back as the first century AD. In that same spirit, Fusion strives to infuse as many styles and techniques into its students' training as possible -- in order to find balance. As Bruce Lee once eloquently wrote, "Use only that which works, and take it from any place you can find it."
