The guys at Baumgart's really pulled this one out! My car needed the flex pipe section of the exhaust system replaced. I spoke with Mike about how the replacement piece would be welded into the existing exhaust system. He said, that if needed, they could weld another short section to equal the proper length of the system. Well, I got my car back and I immediately noticed that the exhaust would rattle up against the rear coil spring over the slightest bump in the road. The exhaust system was now about an inch too far ahead, which messed up the clearances at just about every point in the system. I took my car back in, explained the situation, and Mike said he would fix me up right. He assigned another technician, Nic, to my car and he re welded the replacement piece on and another short section of pipe. The quality of his work looked much better, and exhaust system now fits perfectly. He also took the time to double check his work. Mike took a less than good situation and made it right
