3 strikes and you're out. We have used WalMart for many years for our RX needs. Not sure what is happening in the Apopka location, but this has been the worst experience dealing with a pharmacy EVER. When a DR calls in 3 prescriptions and you show up a week later to pick up and they only have 2 of them filled and said they never ordered the 3rd last week, come back tomorrow, Total inefficiency. PLUS one of the prescriptions was WRONG. It is suppose to be a 90 day supply, and they charged us for a 90 day supply, but gave us 30 days worth of meds. A few months ago, our dermatologist told us of a lotion he wanted us to use. I went to Walmart and they said they did not have on hand, but would order it. 2 months later and tons of excuses and fake promises and no lotion. Went to Sam's Pharmacy and they ordered and had in 2 days. Just don't think the folks at Apopka Walmart Pharmacy are very professional, efficient or trustworthy. I know they have lost our confidence in them. We won't gamble with them anymore.

The pharmacy assistants are knowledgeable and compassionate. Thanks for helping me navigate the mess that is Humana insurance, and making sure I got my insulin.

this has to be the worst pharmacy in the state, no matter how many times I have dealt with the same people at the counter they never seem to recognize me as a regular customer, they always get the spelling of my last name wrong, there are 2 meds my wife renews that they never seem to have in stock, if it were not for the lower prices there is no way I would deal with this aggravation. I hate Walmart Pharmacy...

The staff don't always show best practice customer service. They don't acknowledge your presence in line (happened more than once) and there is no politeness in their tone.
