We stayed here 10 months while working in the area. At first glance it looks like a nice place. But looks can be deceiving! We had to live off of an extension cord for 3 weeks waiting for 50 amp. service to be hooked up. They have a big problem with teens that live here permanently. I had over $1,000.00 worth of tools stolen along with some potted plants. Stray cats (more than a dozen) spraying and scratching every thing we own. The most irritating thing of all was the booming car stereos that rattled our trailer 24 hours a day, and management said there was nothing they could do about it and for us to call O.C. Sheriffs Office. Paying the bill each month was a major hassle due to inexperienced office help.
