Work done correctly Pepboys (Apopka) is great to do business with. They do exceptionally well at diagnosing problems and resolving them. They are fair and straight forward.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseFirst time at this location. Great customer service and communication. I never felt pushed into anything, yet I felt fully informed of things to look out for on the next service, and I was shown the parts which were replaced. Will definitely use them again. And the cost of repairs, plus some needed maintenance, was reasonable, this is a long overdue good review for this store....I'm very happy, thank you Pepboys service.

Horrible service! I will NEVER be back! My 29 minute oil change took over 2 hrs and it was supposed to be free because I bought 2 tires, but it was not, it costed me $18.00. And when they were done with the oil change, they called my house to let me know it was done, but I was sitting in the waiting area, that I told them when I dropped it off. Definitely the worst automotive reapair place I have ever seen!
