An extremely disorganized group. Do not,do any contract work with them. Seldom communicated and seldom showed up on time. Made a mess
Don't trust anything you are told. If you are on the telephone, plan on being on hold and transferred repeatedly. The tile dept. is among the worst; I told the man the sq. ft. I need to grout in my shower, he had me order two extra bags, which I had to return later. Addl. he was confused about products on hand and time frames for ordering/delivery. They didn't call back when order arrived, it wasn't where it was supposed to be! If you like being frustrated, this is your store!
