I never rant much, but tonight is a good time, and I have a good reason. My boyfriend broke his foot and needed a good boot for support for when he could finally wear a shoe again. So, we went to Locust Grove in Apollo to get them. He tried on the right shoe, his left foot was not healed, so he couldn't try it on yet. (this was 2 weeks ago)His foot is finally back to normal now he put the boot on yesterday, but noticed the left shoe is not sized correctly. The right has alot of room in the toe area, but the left has hardly any room. He took the boots back today and explained the error in the shoes. They would not take the boots back and exchange them. He just wanted another pair.(He even had the receipt and the box) Now we are out $120 and no good boots for him to wear. I am really upset! We have purchased many things in that store and sent many of our friends there. Not anymore!!!! If a store does not stand behind there products, then I have no time for them and I am using the power of the internet, to prevent you from being ripped off! I am just warning you, so if you buy something from them, buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!
