Understand Pre and Post Closing Needs working closely with Title Insurance Companies, Law Offices and Loan Officers. Perform title searches, record documents, coordinate title work, and obtain title insurance. As a Documentation Specialist I have the expertise to prepare the following documents without giving legal advise: General Warranty Deeds, Simple Wills and Trust, Non-Contested Divorce Paperwork, Name Changes and State Statue Power of Attorneys. Additional skills include the ability to act as a virtual appointment scheduler, interviewer for witnesses, and documentation signings.
