Worked for awhile with Glenn with good results but things went downhill fast last summer. We paid for lawn service for a year and questioned Glenn on activity over the summer. We were home with a newborn all summer and never saw Grassroots come to the house and never received an invoice for work performed. They were also supposed to add mulch and reseed one area and neither job were completed. Glenn responded that they did the summer work and the invoice must have "blown away" When I asked for a copy he never got it to me. In Sept I asked Glenn to terminate my yearly agreement and provide a refund. I have received multiple e-mails from Glenn agreeing to the refund and stating the "the check is in the mail" but have never received anything from him. He has refused multiple attempts to speak with me over the phone or meet in person. Do not pay Glenn any money in advance!

Grassroots is AWESOME! Glen has maintained my lawn for 5 years and he continues to do a great job! He put in a stone walkway last spring- really made the front of the house beautiful!

Finally a landscape company that knows what they're doing!!! Was so tired of landscape companies charging an arm and leg for "maintenance" (grass cutting, pulling weeds...no clean up). Glenn goes over and above for us...we were having company one weekend and he came and cleaned up the yard at no cost- great company, I highly recommend for great service!!

I hired Grassroots to complete a job for me back in 2009 at my home in Cary. I moved from NY and my yard was in need of some serious re-vamping..Glenn came out and gave me some great ideas for the yard. After the job was done, I contracted grassroots to keep up with the usual up-keep of my yard and he kept it looking beautiful all year long! In 2010, I contracted Glenn to service my business- the work was wonderful! Again, Glenn suggested great changes to what we already had at the office, and the changes continue to wow our customers! We always get compliments on how beautiful our office grounds look. Overall, I'm very impressed with the consistent great work grassroots has provided for us.
