The atmosphere at Bodywork Connections is peaceful and relaxing and the staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The massages reduce pain, increase range of motion, and reduce stress. Sessions are for the full time indicated, not like at many places where a 60 minute massage is really 45- 50 minutes to allow for changing out and back into clothing. The staff listen to all of your comments regarding specific problem areas. I first made an appointment after an auto accident with Sara due to a referral from a physician. Sara was on vacation and I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks and I was hesitant to try anyone else because of the referral for Sara. The staff made the appointment and encouraged me to call if I found I wanted to come before my appointment with Sara. After a few days I called and got an appointment with Kate and the massage was wonderful. Kate didn't pressure me to book again with her and was very respectful of my referral to see Sara. I know I can always schedule with Kate if Sara isn't available as well as try anyone else because I feel they employ only well trained skilled massage therapists. The staff are very professional and truly want you to feel better. I have had a full recovery from my auto accident but continue to schedule once a month because the massage makes such a difference in how I feel and the stress reduction is great. They are always on time, I have never waited past my appointment time. Easy parking too.

Best I have found in NC. I suffer from chronic pain, and these folks are the best at taking the edge off for me. Highly recommend!

Sara Toogood at Bodywork Connections is just TOO TOO GOOD!!!!! She is an extremely personable lady that loves life and loves her job and wants to HELP YOU feel better!!! Get the deep tissue massage...she is AWESOME!! My husband and I go every year for the couple's Valentine's Day Special---chocolates, flowers, one hour massage!! CANNOT BE BEAT! It is the WHOLE package and you choose what type massage you want/need. The only drawback is only one Sara....so we have to rotate who gets her each year!! GO! It is a MUST!!!!!! :-)
