Providing evidence based, compassionate care to help people live healthier, happy lives is my number one goal. Health and fitness is a tremendous part of my life and I love sharing my passion with others. I believe in treating each of my patients as if they are my own family. When I’m not working, you can find me doing CrossFit or on our small farm with my husband, dogs, cats and horses.
