I love this place and used to work here and for the past month now I've had someone I believe his name is Shawn but I couldnt make out his name tag. Anyway, he is always here now has large eyes facial hair and glasses and always burns the caramel into the milk by adding it before steaming when making a hot latte which I know from experience is not correct and 9 times out of ten I am forced to come back and ask for my beverage remade. It's unfortunate that he is the only one I have an issue with because he seems so polite but he always rushes me to finish my order by asking over and over is that it, and never makes the drinks right even if I only get one. It's unfortunate.
