My cat had a ear hematoma and through the great dedication and compassion they were able to drain the ear and give a injection of antibiotics so that I didn't have to give my cat medicine every day for 14 days and my cat is now happy and so am I.

We brought our girl Sadie here for her annual vaccines after being dissapointed with the other vets in the area. What a difference! The staff is amazing and Dr. Zimmerman took the time to really look at my dog. She even got a treat at the end of our visit. We will definitely recommend Caring Critters to all of your friends.

Chutka was not feeling well so I took her to see Dr Z. Now I have a new dog. I brought in my other dog as well for a checkup. Dr Z is the greatest. You can tell she loves all her patients.

Dr Karbs is the most kindest vet I have been to. She took the time and answered all my questions and was very gentle with my dog.

WORST experience. I took my dog in to get his paw looked at and fixed. The veterinarian gave me Chlorhexidine 0.2% and told me to clean it twice a day and put the Chlorhexidine on it. Well after almost three weeks, my dog's wound is still the exact same as when I took him in there. The office manager and the secretary told me basically "too bad". I would have to pay for ANOTHER office visit when they should have fixed it the first time. Worst veterinarian I have ever been to. Maybe if I had taken him to a different vet hospital his foot would be fixed now. I will NEVER again take him to caring critters. These people do not care, they are only about over charging you, and apparently recharging you for something they should have done the first time. Please avoid these people, they are absolutely the worst.
