We have lived here since the most recent on site manager was hired. The main management company, Val Vista Management, is extremely helpful and professional. We can not say the same for the on site manager. We've experienced multiple unfriendly and unprofessional instances. if you decide to look into living here beware that it will definitely make a difference depending on who you are and where you came from as to the treatment you will receive. The strive to be in control is A number 1 on this managers list. You will be judged and treated disrespectfully if his standards are not met. Many occupants have chosen to not renew leases due to the attitude and unsophisticated behavior. You will get the feeling you're unworthy of respect, even as low as name calling, if you are not accepted by him. Good Luck

I have lived here for 20 yrs. We've gone trough 3 managers since I came but we now have a great management team. This is a nice place to live. I would not still be here if it wasn't.
