I called EVRVS and told them my problems with my 07 Newmar and they got me in relatively fast compared to the other repair facilities in the valley. They were totally professional in all aspects of my repair. They allowed my to plug in on their property and use their water while diagnosing my rig. They contacted my warranty people and arranged all the details for me.They fixed my rig as promised in a very timely manner and it all works.I've taken my rig to the other repair places in the valley with horrible results.EVRVS is the only place I will ever take my rig in the future for all my repair needs. These guys are GREAT.

I was very happy with the service that I have received there. I have been taking my travel trailer there for a few years now and have always been very well taken care of. What shocked me though was when I signed up for their newsletter on their website, I recently received a 10% coupon for my birthday (July 7th) and they were more than happy to honor it (without hiking up their prices to compensate for the coupon) I know this because like I said I have been going there for some number of years and am familiar with their pricing. I always recommend them when I am in town (as I am a snowbird)

I was very impressed with the serviced I received here. I normally don't write reviews about companies but these guys went far above my expectations. I am recently retired and me and the wife bought a used Tiffin Phaeton to travel around the country with. This is our first motorhome and thus we don't know much about them. Thus when one of our air conditioning units stopped producing cool air I wasn't sure what to do or where to take it. I called Tiffin Motorhomes (another great company) and asked where I should take it since I am currently living in it while we travel. Bob TIffin (The owner of tiffin) personally told me to take it to East Valley RV Specialists and said that they would take good care of me. When I called to make an appointment I was almost very disappointed when they told me that they were very busy and wouldn't be able to look at it for about a week, but when I told them that I was having air conditioning problems (in the middle of the Phoenix summer) they were more than sympathetic and got me in the next day. While they ordered the parts and performed the repairs they plugged me in to their electricity and water and let me continue living in the unit for the 3 days that I was there. So to say the least I was extremely impressed with the ammount of care, compassion and promptness that they showed. It was like dealing with family. I am very happy that Tiffin recommended them and I will now be recommending them as well.

I must say that this place performed well beyond my expectations. After initially taking my Monaco Diplomat to another company to have an air leak in my suspension looked at, they said they couldn't fix it at recommended these guys. After dropping it off and explaining my problem, Steve (my service adviser) took care of everything for me. He had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and even had the whereabouts to contact my extended warranty company and get the problem paid for by them. The only time that I had to wait for anything was for my Good Sam representative to come out and verify the problem. I would highly recommend them to anybody who asks as they are now the only people who I will be taking my RV to

In April 2012 we took our 5th wheel in to have a new black water tank installed. We left our RV sit for 2 days after this and then traveled to northern Califorinia. When we arrived, my husband noticed that now our new tank and also our gray water tank leaked! We called East Valley RV Specialists and made arrangements to have them repaired upon our return in the fall. We took our 5th wheel in for a second time for reapairs in October. When we arrived at our winter destination (70 miles away), the black water tank still leaked! The gray tank has been repaired. (It looked like it had been damaged while they were installing the black water tank.) At this time we were told that the tank was defective and that there wasn't anything they could do. The manufacturer had not glued a part together correctly and the seal was being broke even when they glued around this part. Upon contacting the manufacturer, they were told to try again and leave it sit at their shop to make sure that it dried completely before using the tank. At this point, it was thought that we didn't leave the tank sit to dry long enough the first time. We brought our 5th wheel back to their shop (70 miles) and made arrangements for a place to stay for 2 nights. Repairs were made a second time. We picked up our 5th wheel and drove back to our winter destination and the tank is still leaking!! At this point we have had made three trips here, one for the installtion and 2 for reapairs and the tank has not been repaired. Now thery have washed their hands of us and will not do anything to correct this. I have asked Good Sam's for help and they have not responded to them either.

We found out during the course of these repairs that the leak was not caused by a defective tank. The leak is behind the flange, not a place that the manufacturer would have applied glue but a place where the RV shop would have applied glue. Then we were told by East Valley RV Specialists that our 5th wheel "twists" and that is what is causing the leak! I thought that RVs were supposted to be for traveling. How do you prevent a bump in the road from causing your RV to move or "twist"? I asked if this was the case, why then didn't the original tank leak like this? They didn't have an answer for me. My husband and I think that possible there is a third possibility:

When the tank was installed it was bolted into place first then the connections were made and tightened. This caused too much stress on the tank and caused it to leak. This makes more sense then a defective tank (that wasn't defective) and then a "twisting" trailer. Irregardless, the tank was most likely installed incorrectly causing it to leak. We feel that East Valley RV Specialists does not back up their work nor stand by their customers when a mistake has been made.

Extremely knowledgable and com...

Extremely knowledgable and comforting staff. As a woman I hate going into repair shops alone now that my husband has passed. I always feel that I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of mechanical knowledge.

I took my coach in for some routine maintenance (just an oil change and some air in the tires). To my surprise they did a complete safety evaluation of my vehicle free of charge. It turned out that there was a seal they had found that was starting to leak. I thought for sure this 100 dollar maintenance was about to get a lot more expensive. But to my surprise the salesman (who I as sure was going to try to scare me into buying new parts) took me out to my vehicle and showed me what the problem was, what caused it to happen, and the risk it posed to me and my rigs safety. I was shocked when he said that he would be more than happy to fix it if I would like him to, but it was a very minor issue that shouldn't cause me any problems in the near future and to just keep an eye on it.

I was absolutely stunned by the level of care and honesty that ALL of the employees there showed. I don't think that there was a single employee (even the mechanics who were busy at work in the garage) who didn't greet me. Some of them even gave me some quick education. The level of personalized service that I received was remarkable. They could have easily taken advantage of an older lady like myself and charged me far more for services that were not really needed.

A few weeks after the repairs were done I even got a phone call from them as a follow up to make sure that I was satisfied with the repairs and to make sure I felt that I was treated fairly. To me this shows a level of care and commitment to their customers that is unrivaled. It is very clear that this is a family owned and operated business that cares more about customer satisfaction above all us.

After this experience I would not even consider taking my beloved Southwind anywhere else for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone in need of RV repairs
