I just got my hair cut at this beauty shop. the old lady chopped up my hair, one side of my hair is cut different from the other side. she keep saying its not my fault, so she made me feel like my hair was at fault. I went in with an even length, and came out with choppy hair on one side of my head. She didn't even apologise or offer someone else to check my hair. I am embarrassed the way my hair looks and now i have to find another beauty salon.
