      Great communication and professional service. Took the time to explain and demonstrated his training and knowledge. Came when scheduled, called to let us know 15 minutes prior. Looking forward to having them back to clean our tile. Our carpets look much better than the other two companies who worked at our home in previous years.

      I never thought I'd write a review for a carpet cleaning service, but our experience was that good. We purchased a coupon for Cln Ex Carpet Cleaning through HomeRun.com. Having had several less than stellar experiences with companies and discount services, I was hesitant. However, we were able to make an appointment for the following day. The cleaner (I think his name was Dan) was right on time and was very friendly. What impressed me the most was how MUCH he knew about his profession. He walked through the house, explaining the characteristics of the carpet to me, pointing out areas of concern. He showed me how to spot clean myself without ruining the fibers. He explained how to replace the padding in areas where it was needed. He took his time on the clearning and did a fantastic job. The carpets look great and I feel so much more knowledgeable regarding maintenance and care. I would DEFINITELY use them again.
