I found a white glove in my fried house salad spoke to one of the owners Chaz told me to send him a picture which I did he said whenever I return I can order whatever I want it will be taken care off then he called me back to say I called his employee a fagot which I don't recall he proceeds to say since I called his employees a fagot don't return to this location again why would I return anyway so they can put another glove in my salad I told him I'm called the health department he said why don't you call Megan Barry which is the mayor of Tennessee then he said why don't you call Donald Trump I told him I'm sure you voted for him he was so rude to me he shouldn't be a owner I will never go to Zaxbys ever again

I ordered a salad on my lunch break only to drive back to work and find a hair In my salad I called and spoke the manager which was very nice and said he would replace my whole meal which was a drink and salad for free on my next visit. I returned the following week and told the assistant store manager which was extremely RUDE! He gets my salad and I ask about my drink as he tells me you didn't have a hair in your drink just your salad. Really?? Was it gonna hurt to replace my small soft drink it's not my fault my salad had a hair. His whole attitude just threw me in a bad mood if your going to work with the public you need act like you wanna be there if not find another job! I don't think I will return to that zaxbys again. I was not the only one complaining while I waited for my food.
