This Wallace Termite is the most overpriced termite and construction company that I have encountered in the East Bay. All there estimates are for them to do more work than is required. I had other firms give me bids at half their price.
I would never use them again, there work is shoddy and their prices are out of this world. BEWARE of their SCAM!!

The "review" that posted one star doesn't even know these folks, never used them, and yet gave a bad rating, so I had to respond. I am a local Realtor, and have used Wallace Termite and Construction for many, many years. So have lots of agents in my office. They are wonderful folks, and do a great job. They are fair and honest. Many of us have their phone number memorized, we like them so much!

I called and spoke with a young woman who obviously thought that being a secretary gave her the right to take an attitude with people. So I hung up and called someone else!
