Quality cleaning at its best 20 years of persoal service

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed at both the quality and efficiency of the work. She did mention that it would take a long time to clean our house, but after looking over it, she did 2 1/2 bathrooms, dusted our living area and our bedroom and swept the floor. We expressed that our floors were extremely important, and she said cleaned them, but just swept. They were not moped. She said she dusted the blinds, but that was not the case either. She was here "8 hours", but really 2 people here for 4. didn't vacuum any of the rooms. When I expressed my disappointment, I got an "i told you so" about how long it would take, but I've had my house cleaned many times before, and in my opinion, they did about 2 hours worth of work. I felt taken advantage of. Very slow and would not recommend.
