Thankful to have Joe as my Mechanic

I am a college student, a girl, and I know nothing about cars. I was referred to Joe by a friend who speaks very highly of his work. My car was making a funny sound and I was in need of an honest mechanic. I was shocked to see that Joe was able to listen to my car while it was running to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was a rather minor issue, but had it been ignored it could have turned into a huge problem. He had me in and out within a few hours. My car has been running great since thing (a few months now). Thanks Joe and your team for all your help! I'll definitely be back next time I need a hand.

Best Mechanic in Anoka Bar-non

Joe is not only talented, but incredibly fair in both his service and his prices. He's straightforward and honest. i appreciate him taking the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I've been coming to Joe for minor and major car repairs since 1997. Joe is a dedicated business man and a master of his craft. I've referred a lot of people to Auto Repairs by Joe over the years and have heard NOT ONE COMPLAINT. JOE IS THE BEST MECHANIC IN THE NORTHWEST SUBURBS.... BOTTOM LINE.

Worst mechanic in Anoka County

Worst mechanic in Anoka County! Joe pinched my hood release cable when he worked on my van and refused to fix it so my hood is currently stuck closed.First Joe replaced a water pump due to a coolant leak. Then when the leak continued and we brought the van back into Joe to find out why, Joe said that the radiator now needed replacement. So we dropped the vehicle off with Joe again. When we picked up the vehicle, the hood latch was sticking out and seemed to not be able to retract. Upon examination it was discovered that the cable is apparently stuck under the hood somewhere. I brought the vehicle back to Joes (3rd time for one issue) but Joe was out. His employees were unable to fix it and said to talk to Joe. So I came back again (4th visit). Joe became very defensive immediately. He said, "I didn't do this and I wont pay for a part for this piece of ____!" I mentioned that he was the last person to open the hood and perhaps the cable got pinched in the radiator when he put it in. He
